The size chart or measurement sizes listed is specific to the manufacturer of the item in the listing. Be sure to check the size chart if you view a different item because the sizes will vary. One company’s “small” may be the same size as another company’s “medium” so be sure to check the size chart on the listing of each item you view. Processing & Handling Time:
Nevermore Costumes has a 1 business day processing and handling time. Orders are processed and shipped only after payment has cleared and the order is complete with a proper deliverable address. We process and ship more than 99% of our costume orders within one business day and most orders ship the same day if ordered before 1:00pm Central Time. If you complete your order after hours your order is likely to ship the next business day. Please note that Saturday, Sunday and major holidays are not business days. Major holidays include New Year’s Day (or the day after if New Year’s Day falls on a Sunday), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

- We do offer shipping discounts for multiple items purchased. Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and click request total. We will send you a revised invoice with combined shipping charges.

Tracking your Shipment
Tracking your order from Nevermore Costumes is quick and easy. Within one business day of receiving your completed order we will submit your shipment’s tracking number to eBay and you will be able to look up your tracking number in your eBay purchase history. .
Payment in full is due immediately. This applies to auctions as well as “buy it now” items.
- PAYPAL ONLINE PAYMENT: Pay us by Paypal through eBay. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with Paypal. You can use a credit card, bank account or your Paypal balance (if you have a Paypal account).
We offer a 30 day return policy. You can open a return request through eBay by going to your purchase history and clicking on the return link next to the item. Make sure to include a copy of your packing slip inside. You (the buyer) are responsible for the return shipping cost. Most returns are processed within 1 week from the day we get it back. We will send you an email when a refund is issued through Paypal. However, during our peak season (September and October) your return may take a little longer to process.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied if:
- Your order had free shipping.
- Your order is returned to use as undeliverable, returned to sender or refused
You cannot return your item if:
- It has been more than 30 days since you received it.
- You used or altered it in any way. All returned items are carefully inspected for wear and tear signs.
- You opened a sealed package.
- It became damaged after you tried it on.
**Basically, if it is no longer in the EXACT same condition that it arrived to you, it will not be eligible for a refund.**
We allow exchanges but be mindful that inventory quantities are likely to change during the time it takes for your item(s) to ship back to us. If you need a different size or a different item we strongly suggest you immediately place a new order for the item you want, then send us a return request after you have placed a new order. Popular items often sell out fast and this method is the best way to make sure you get the item you want. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Exchange items must be new, unused, and unopened with all original packaging and packing materials intact. Used or damaged items, including the item packaging, will not be eligible for exchange.
