We currently use USPS for all our shipping. Upon check-out, you will be given the option of selecting from a range of different shipping options with different delivery times and costs.
We offer a flat standard rate for orders up to $75.00. Orders $75.00 or more receive free standard shipping. We also offer the option or Priority Mail or Priority Express that the price is calculated by weight and package size.
How quickly you receive your order depends on the shipping method selected plus our processing time. Currently, orders take up to 1 business day to process. If your order is placed before 12 p.m. Central Time, it will be processed and shipped out the same day. If your order is placed after 12 p.m. Central Time, it will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Shipping times are counted in business days, Monday through Friday, and the day of shipment does not count in shipping time. If you order on a weekend (after 12 p.m. Central Time Friday, your package will ship out the following Monday).
Note: Your order may be delayed if there is a problem with your address, payment method, or order. If you need your order quickly, it is especially important to provide an accurate way to contact you by phone and e-mail.
In the event of severe weather, please note that delivery times may not be honored for shipments affected by weather.
Tracking Your Order
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. In this email, we will include a tracking number with a link to track your order on the USPS website.
We do not require a signature. It is up to the discretion of the driver as to whether or not it is safe to leave the package if no one is there to receive it. If the driver deems it unsafe, they may attempt delivery again the next day. There are also times when a notice is left asking the recipient to retrieve the package from their main station. We highly recommend tracking your package online once it has shipped so that you are aware of its status.
Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When this happens, we may not automatically issue a refund. If you do not receive your package within the stated time frame or your tracking number shows that the package is being sent back to us, please contact us as soon as possible. As noted in our return policy, all undeliverable or refused packages may be subject to a fee. We are unable to reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you still wish to receive your item(s), you will have to place a new order.
